Beautiful scenery for this family session!
In March of this year, I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely family at Alouette Lake in Maple Ridge. This gorgeous lake is located in Golden Ears Provincial Park about 20 minutes from the city centre. Brett and Ashley had recently moved to Maple Ridge and were excited to explore some of the local lakes our beautiful area has to offer with their sweet baby girl. Watching the weather forecast leading up to the day, I was worried we could get rained out. Luckily the morning of our session was bright but cloudy, and the rain didn't start until five minutes after the session finished! We explored all the amazing areas the lake has to offer together from the picnic area and little bridge, to the beach and gorgeous mountain scenery.
